Quirky and charming hotel with a unique atmosphere. The building's historic and updated feel is quite impressive. The location is fabulous, easy walk to many city attractions and restaurants. The fact that they offer free drinks coupons at their bar and a continental breakfast in a bakery is a great extra touch.
The train that passes by in the middle of the night can be a nuisance for light sleepers. The rooms may be noisy too, due to squeaky floors and the building's creaky structure.

The Hotel Ruby Marie is in an amazing location, right in the heart of downtown. It's so convenient to be able to walk to all the great restaurants, bars, and shops in the area. Plus, being in the center of the building ensures a peaceful stay away from any noisy streets. the rooms are lovely and clean, with comfortable beds and a cozy atmosphere. the staff is friendly and helpful, making your stay even more enjoyable. And let's not forget the complimentary breakfast and free parking, which are great added perks.
The individual air conditioning units can freeze up if set below 70 degrees.

We spent a great Xmas holiday at a charming hotel that had two restaurants and several bars. the location was central, near shops, restaurants and the Capitol. the hotel offered free parking, an excellent breakfast and two complimentary cocktails with premium liquors. the antique furniture added a unique touch to its decor.
The train tracks near the hotel could wake us up at night sometimes, which was a bit annoying. the air conditioning units only worked up to a specific temperature, so we had to set them above a certain level to avoid them shutting off.
